Ordering Online: Placing an order online is as easy as pointing and clicking. Simply click the "Add to
Cart" button for the item you wish to order. A pop up window should open and give you the option of
immediate check out, or continue shopping. If you choose to continue shopping you can return to
your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button located at the top and bottom of
every page on this site. Our online payment system is powered by Paypal, the most secure way to
send payment online. When placing an order online you may use a Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, or an
e-check. Iowa residents must add 7% sales tax.

Shipping and Handling: Most orders within the United States are shipped with Media Mail (standard
shipping). Typical delivery time is three to seven business days. If an item is back ordered or if a
delay in processing the order is expected, an email will be sent to notify the customer, provided that a
valid email address was provided to place the order. Priority Mail shipping is also available within the
United States for an additional $3.00 and typical deliver time is two to three business days. Our
ordering system automatically emails tracking information to customers once an item is shipped.

International Shipping: We offer world wide shipping services. International orders are normally
shipped with Global Priority Mail unless it is unavailable to an area or region. All international orders
must be paid with Paypal and ordered through our web site or purchased from our Ebay store.
Checks or money orders drawn on non-US banks will not be accepted. International shipping and
